Sundays without screens

We do it because too much screen time can harm your brain and also we want to save energy. On these Sundays you can do a lot of thins for example you can play: tennis basketball football golf badminton board games you can also go for a walk to: the park the city center the mall you can visit your: friends grandparents uncles aunts you can draw things you can read books, comics etc. Try it and you will love it!
