Sundays without screens

In this school year my family and I decided that we will have a Sunday without screens once a month. We do it because too much screen time can harm your brain and also we want to save energy. On these Sundays you can do a lot of thins for example you can play:
  • tennis
  • basketball
  • football
  • golf
  • badminton
  • board games
you can also go for a walk to:
  • the park 
  • the city center
  • the mall
you can visit your:
  • friends
  • grandparents
  • uncles
  • aunts
you can draw things
you can read books, comics etc.
